  • We ship to worldwide, it is very important with your name, phone number and address for the delivery. After you pay for the items, please tell us as soon as possible by email.

  • We ship your orders within 3 business days after the payment cleared.

  • We are strongly recommend customers to add HKD$13.00 for a registered post for a more safety of delivery your purchased product.

  • We will usually post by flat mail Hong Kong Post. or Express Company.We anticipate that local delivery takes about 3 working days (Sat & Sun & Public Holiday are not included).

  • Please notice that shipping and handling fee of EACH item is counted separately, that means you also have to pay for shipping and handling fee for EVERY single item even you have combine purchase, this is apparently because the postage fee is directly proportional to the weight of the whole package. Please do not bid if you do not agree with it.

  • After payment is received from customer(s), we will come into contact with you by PAYPAL email address. By then, a tracking number will be sent to your PAYPAL email address PROVIDED THAT you have chosen the item(s) to be delivered by Registered Mail or EMS.

Additional return policy details:

1. The Company does not accept the return for no reason.

2. Clothes quality only broken, rotten, dyeing. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the goods and return, we received clothes and confirmed, a refund within 3 working days. Man-made intentional damage are not refundable.

3. Clothing & Accessories are sensitive consumer goods, this site will not accept the color does not like color, were not really beautiful, too transparent, too thin, too big, too small, not comfortable on grounds returned! Please contact our customer service to inquiry to purchase before.

4. Actual measurements of clothes there is a certain standard deviation of the table, the thickness of the fabric, cutting, preparation and other reasons can not avoid the deviation will be 2-4CM. We do not label clothes, the size and the size difference between the 2-4CM and return policy.
